基于专家咨询,采用问卷调查的方法,对北京中医药大学图书馆新增设的“预约培训”服务开展调查,并通过对调查结果的分析,深入了解到不同对象对图书馆服务需求的差异,在此基础上对高校图书馆加强功能宣传、提高馆员信息素养、改革图书馆的服务内容及形式等方面提出了相应建议,为创立“主动式、交互式、多元化、个性化”的现代化图书馆服务提供思路。
Based on the expert consultation, a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the newly-added “Appointment Training” service provided by the library of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. Through the analysis of the investigation results, the in-depth understanding of the service needs of different objects to the library On the basis of this, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the functional publicity of university libraries, improve the information literacy of the librarians, reform the service contents and forms of the libraries, and so on, in order to create “active, interactive, diversified and individualized ”Modern library services provide ideas.
