目的:探究临床路径在创伤骨科无痛病房患者疼痛护理中的应用效果。方法:以金华市中医医院创伤骨科2015年4月~2016年4月收治的640例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用常规的护理,观察组患者将临床路径应用到患者疼痛护理中。比较分析两组患者疼痛控制效果及患者对护理工作的满意度。结果:观察组患者疼痛控制效果及对护理工作的满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床路径应用到无痛病房患者的疼痛护理中临床应用效果显著,能够有效的缓解和消除患者的疼痛症状,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective: To explore the application of clinical pathways in the pain management of traumatic orthopedics painless ward patients. Methods: A total of 640 patients admitted to the Department of Traumatology and orthopedics, Jinhua Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2015 to April 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in the control group received routine care and patients in the observation group applied the clinical pathway to the patient’s pain management. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients with pain control and patient satisfaction with the nursing work. Results: The pain control effect and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical application of clinical pathways to painless patients with painless ward has significant clinical effect, which can effectively relieve and eliminate the pain symptoms of patients and improve their satisfaction with nursing work.
