目的:分析浙江省舟山市妇幼保健院急诊危重患者的交接管理策略,旨在加强急诊危重患者内部和外部的交接工作效率,提高护理记录的完整性。方法:选取2013年5月~2015年1月浙江省舟山市妇幼保健院就诊的2600例急诊危重患者为研究对象,根据ISO/DIS 9000国际标准草案针对“接口管理”的相关对策,提高医院急诊危重患者的内部及外部的交接管理效率,以利于急诊工作的顺利进行。结果:实施相关交接管理后,急救护理记录更加完整,交接时间明显缩短,交接效率有了很大提高,危重患者得到了快速救治。结论:医院实施交接管理对策能提高急诊危重患者的护理质量和交接效率,提高医疗护理的安全性。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the handover management strategies of emergency critical patients in Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province. The aim is to improve the efficiency of internal and external handover of emergency patients and improve the integrity of nursing records. Methods: From May 2013 to January 2015, 2600 emergency critically ill patients treated in Zhoushan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Zhejiang Province were selected as research objects. According to ISO / DIS 9000 draft international standards, the relevant countermeasures for “interface management” were improved Hospital emergency management critically ill patients within and outside the handover management efficiency in order to facilitate the smooth progress of emergency work. Results: After the implementation of the related handover management, the emergency nursing records were more complete, the delivery time was significantly shortened, the delivery efficiency was greatly improved, and critically ill patients were treated quickly. Conclusion: The implementation of transfer management strategies in hospitals can improve the quality of care and transfer efficiency of critically ill patients in emergency and improve the safety of medical care.
