岗位适应能力是高职院校毕业生就业的核心能力,岗位适应能力越强,就业质量越高,用人单位和毕业生就业满意度就越高。当前高职教育注重对岗位适应为导向的高职实践教学改革与价值引领,表现为通过实施校企合作,坚持工学结合和工作本位学习人才培养理念和模式。高职院校要进一步拓宽高等职业教育的国际视野,结合我国高职教育的具体发展实际,不断深化职业岗位适应为导向的高职实践教学改革与创新,满足社会经济发展需求,实现高职可持续性发展。
