2007年3月9日,山西省电视台。中国工商银行山西省分行沉醉在喜庆荣耀的氛围中,掌声和欢呼声一次次传递到每个员工的心里。这一天,对中国工商银行山西省分行而言是一个值得骄傲的日子,因为行长常瑞明高票当选为2006年度“山西省十佳金融人物”。当山西省委常委、常务副省长薛延忠把奖杯颁发到常瑞明手中时,发自内心的微笑洋溢在常瑞明的脸上,因为这奖杯象征着荣誉,象征着认可,而这份荣誉和认可不仅属于常瑞明,更是属于中国工商银行山西省分行。
