本文运用运动生物力学的手段对单脚起跳的起跳腿研究发现,单脚起跳缓冲阶段起跳腿髋关节的角度基本上保持不变,膝关节和踝关节则出现不同程度减小;蹬伸阶段三个关节角度都呈现逐渐增大的趋势;整个动作过程中三个关节角速度变化规律表现出较好的一致性。
In this paper, using the method of sports biomechanics to study the jumping leg of single-legged jumping, we found that the angle of hip joint in jumping leg during single-leg take-off and cushioning stage basically remains unchanged while the knee joint and ankle joint decrease in varying degrees. The joint angles showed a trend of increasing gradually. The changes of the angular velocity of the three joints showed a good consistency during the whole movement.
