1993年12月17日,由开益国际咨询研究中心和天津市社会科学界联合会举办的“天津市自由港问题咨询研讨会”在津召开。参加这次会议的有天津市委、市府部分领导,国务院发展研究中心以及天津市高等院校和科研院所的著名专家学者。与会专家就建立天津自由港的重要性、天津自身的优势、自由港对天津的推动作用及自由港区的运作模式等问题发表了各自的见解。现将此次会议的诸多观点综述如下。
On December 17, 1993, Tianjin Freeport Consultation Symposium held by Kai-Yi International Consulting Research Center and Tianjin Federation of Social Sciences held in Tianjin. Attending this meeting are some famous experts and scholars of Tianjin Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, Development and Research Center of the State Council, and institutions of higher education and research institutes in Tianjin. The participating experts expressed their opinions on the importance of establishing Tianjin Free Port, the advantages of Tianjin itself, the impetus of Freeport to Tianjin and the mode of operation of Free Port Area. Now many of the views of this meeting are summarized below.
