实践证明常规的计划检修已经不能满足现代管理的需要,盲目开展状态检修也可能因设备风险评估不到位带来的遗漏检修,增加安全隐患。如何合理制订水轮发电机组的检修间隔、以及确定机组检修停用时间,直接影响电站的经济运行。当前对大型水轮发电机组的检修管理,必须要结合机组结构型式的不同、结合企业的现代管理制度、结合当前国家相关制度和规定,从电站和企业管理的实际出发,探索合理的机组检修管理模式。
