目的分析2012年汕头市登革热媒介监测结果,为登革热流行趋势的预测、预警和制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法采用布雷图指数(Breteau Index,BI)、容器指数(Container Index,CI)、房屋指数(House Index,HI)和诱蚊诱卵器指数监测白纹伊蚊幼虫密度。结果各类型积水处(个)数所占比例以贮水容器最高,为58.59%,阳性积水处所占比例以盆景、水生植物和闲置容器最高,分别为44.91%和38.32%;平均BI、CI、HI、诱蚊诱卵器指数分别为11.29%、7.15%、7.42%、14.05%;BI、CI、HI、诱蚊诱卵器指数变化趋势相似,呈单峰型,高峰在6~10月,峰值在8月。结论汕头市白纹伊蚊种群密度较高,存在登革热流行的潜在危险,应加强监测和卫生宣教,预防病原输入而引起暴发流行。
Objective To analyze the 2012 Dengue media surveillance results in Shantou and provide a scientific basis for the prediction, early warning and prevention and treatment of dengue epidemic trends. Methods The larval density of Aedes albopictus was monitored by using the Breteau Index (BI), Container Index (CI), House Index (HI) and the mosquito-ovo index. Results The percentage of water storage in each type of water storage was the highest, accounting for 58.59%. The highest percentage of positive water storage was bonsai, aquatic plants and idle containers, accounting for 44.91% and 38.32% respectively. The average BI , CI, HI and the mosquito-ovitrap index were 11.29%, 7.15%, 7.42% and 14.05% respectively. The trend of mosquito-attracting index of BI, CI and HI was similar, In October, the peak is in August. Conclusion The population density of Aedes albopictus in Shantou City is high, and there is a potential risk of dengue fever epidemic. Monitoring and public health education should be strengthened to prevent outbreaks of epidemic.
