99mTc标记的肾小管功能显像剂近年来发展迅速,目前常用的有99mTc-DADS和99mTc-coo-DADS,99mTc-pAHIDA,99mTc-MAG3及99mTc-EC等。99mTc-MAG3和99mTc-EC在体内主要通过肾脏血浆清除,从尿液排出迅速,二者的显像质量大大优于131I-OIH,并且99mTc-EC比99mTc-MAG3标记简便、不需要加热步骤。初步临床应用结果显示,二者对于肾小管功能检测都具有重要意义。
99mTc labeled tubular functional imaging agent has developed rapidly in recent years, 99mTc-DADS and 99mTc-coo-DADS, 99mTc-pAHIDA, 99mTc-MAG3 and 99mTc-EC are commonly used. 99mTc-MAG3 and 99mTc-EC were mainly eliminated from the plasma of the kidneys in vivo and excreted rapidly from the urine. The imaging quality of 99mTc-MAG3 and 99mTc-EC was much better than that of 131I-OIH. 99mTc-EC was simpler than the 99mTc-MAG3 and no heating was required. Preliminary clinical application results show that both for the detection of renal tubular function are of great significance.
