９９ｍＴｃ标记的肾小管功能显像剂近年来发展迅速，目前常用的有９９ｍＴｃ－ＤＡＤＳ和９９ｍＴｃ－ｃｏｏ－ＤＡＤＳ，９９ｍＴｃ－ｐＡＨＩＤＡ，９９ｍＴｃ－ＭＡＧ３及９９ｍＴｃ－ＥＣ等。９９ｍＴｃ－ＭＡＧ３和９９ｍＴｃ－ＥＣ在体内主要通过肾脏血浆清除，从尿液排出迅速，二者的显像质量大大优于１３１Ｉ－ＯＩＨ，并且９９ｍＴｃ－ＥＣ比９９ｍＴｃ－ＭＡＧ３标记简便、不需要加热步骤。初步临床应用结果显示，二者对于肾小管功能检测都具有重要意义。
99mTc labeled tubular functional imaging agent has developed rapidly in recent years, 99mTc-DADS and 99mTc-coo-DADS, 99mTc-pAHIDA, 99mTc-MAG3 and 99mTc-EC are commonly used. 99mTc-MAG3 and 99mTc-EC were mainly eliminated from the plasma of the kidneys in vivo and excreted rapidly from the urine. The imaging quality of 99mTc-MAG3 and 99mTc-EC was much better than that of 131I-OIH. 99mTc-EC was simpler than the 99mTc-MAG3 and no heating was required. Preliminary clinical application results show that both for the detection of renal tubular function are of great significance.
