本文采用微电泳技术研究聚硅酸胶粒表面的电荷情况,考察了聚硅酸溶液的浊度随反应时间的变化情况,试验了反应时间和水样pH对聚硅酸絮凝效果的影响,借助于透射电镜技术观测了聚硅酸胶粒随反应时间和反应温度的变化情况。实验结果表明,聚硅酸胶粒表面带负电荷,聚硅酸溶液的浊度随反应时间的增加而增加,反应时间影响聚硅酸的絮凝效果。聚硅酸在水样pH为9.50左右时其絮凝效果最佳。聚硅酸胶粒随反应时间的增长和反应温度的升高而变大,且其形状也发生变化。
In this paper, the microelectrophoretic technique was used to study the charge on the surface of polysilicic acid colloidal particles. The turbidity of polysilicic acid solution was investigated with the change of reaction time. The effect of reaction time and pH on the flocculation effect of polysilicic acid was investigated. The changes of polysilicic acid particles with reaction time and reaction temperature were observed by transmission electron microscopy. The experimental results show that the surface of polysilicic acid particles is negatively charged, the turbidity of polysilicic acid solution increases with the increase of reaction time, and the reaction time affects the flocculation effect of polysilicic acid. Polysilicate has the best flocculation effect when the water sample pH is about 9.50. With the increase of reaction time and the increase of reaction temperature, the size of polysilicate micelles increases, and its shape also changes.
