目的:研究不同生育期山东产黄芩各部位活性成分含量的变化。方法:采用HPLC测定山东莱芜和平阴两地2年生黄芩不同生育期地上和地下部分活性成分的含量。结果:两地黄芩地上部位的野黄芩苷含量最高,分别为15.46,11.83 mg·g-1。地下部分,莱芜黄芩所含黄芩苷和汉黄芩苷在整个生育期呈下降趋势,最高含量在展叶期,分别为173.60,34.31 mg·g-1,平阴黄芩所含黄芩苷和汉黄芩苷则出现2个最高含量,分别为176.40,212.94 mg·g-1和28.93,34.21 mg·g-1。两地黄芩的黄芩素和汉黄芩素含量分别有2个高峰期,莱芜黄芩所含黄芩素在始花期和采收期达到高峰,分别为8.05,9.49 mg·g-1;汉黄芩素含量分别在始花期和采收期达到高峰,分别为1.94,3.75 mg·g-1。平阴黄芩所含黄芩素和汉黄芩素在展叶期和成熟期达到高峰,分别是12.80,8.27 mg·g-1和2.70,1.48 mg·g-1。结论:野黄芩苷以地上部位较高,而黄芩苷则以地下部位为高;地下部的黄芩苷和汉黄芩苷含量(从展叶期到采收期)基本呈“M”型变化趋势,黄芩素和汉黄芩素基本呈倒“N”型变化趋势。
Objective: To study the changes of active ingredients in different parts of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi at different growth stages. Methods: HPLC method was used to determine the contents of active ingredients in the ground and underground parts of 2-year-old Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi at different growth stages in Laiwu and Pingyin, Shandong Province. Results: Scutellaria baicalensis two parts of the highest content of baicalin, respectively 15.46,11.83 mg · g-1. At the beginning of flowering and harvest, the peak reached 1.94 and 3.75 mg · g-1, respectively. The baicalin and wogonin contained in Scutellaria baicalensis reached the peak at the leaf-setting and maturity stages, which were 12.80, 8.27 mg · g-1 and 2.70, 1.48 mg · g-1, respectively. CONCLUSIONS: Scutellaria baicalensis is higher in the aerial parts and baicalin is higher in the underground parts. The contents of baicalin and baicalin in the ground (from the leaf-setting stage to the harvesting stage) are basically “M” -shaped changes The tendency was that baicalein and wogonin showed the tendency of “N” type.
