骨质疏松症是目前严重威胁中老年人健康的慢性病 ,近年来其药物治疗进展迅速。作者分别就促进骨形成、抑制骨吸收和调节骨代谢三类药物在预防和治疗骨质疏松症中的作用 ,尤其对新近研究开发的药物进行详尽介绍 ,并对骨质疏松症治疗的前景进行分析 Osteoporosis is a chronic disease that is seriously threatening the health of the elderly. In recent years, its drug treatment has progressed rapidly. The authors respectively discussed the roles of three types of drugs in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis such as promoting bone formation, inhibiting bone resorption, and regulating bone metabolism.
