目的监测青海省2010年季节性流感病毒型与亚型分布,并了解2010年部分A/H3N2分离株血凝素(HA)基因变异情况。方法采集全省各监测哨点医院鼻咽双拭子标本,接种MDCK细胞,采用标准抗血清鉴定阳性分离株型与亚型,并对2010年部分H3亚型流感病毒进行HA基因测序,分析HA基因变异情况。结果2010年全省哨点医院送检标本中共分离63株流感病毒,其中42株为A/H3N2,B型15株,AH1N1流感病毒6株,型与亚型有明显分布强弱特征。选取10株H3N2亚型分离株进行HA序列分析,发现与同期南京分离株接近,与WHO2010年度疫苗推荐株相距甚远,不在同一分支。结论 2010年青海省流行的H3N2亚型流感病毒的抗原性和基因特性发生了改变。
Objective To monitor the distribution of seasonal influenza virus type and subtype in Qinghai Province in 2010 and to understand the variation of hemagglutinin (HA) gene in partial A / H3N2 isolates in 2010. Methods Nasopharyngeal double-swab specimens were collected from all sentinel hospitals in the province and inoculated with MDCK cells. The positive isolates and subtypes were identified by standard antiserum. HA gene sequencing was performed on some H3 subtype influenza viruses in 2010, and HA Genetic variation. Results In 2010, 63 influenza viruses were isolated from sentinel hospitals in the province, 42 of which were A / H3N2, 15 of type B and 6 of AH1N1 influenza virus. The type and subtype of influenza virus showed obvious distribution characteristics. Ten strains of H3N2 isolates were selected for HA sequence analysis and found to be close to the Nanjing isolates in the same period. They were not on the same branch with WHO2010. Conclusion In 2010, the antigenic and genetic characteristics of H3N2 subtype influenza virus in Qinghai Province were changed.
