2004年2月10日1758时左右,从上海港开航的荷兰籍集装箱船“华商”轮航行至上海港长江口园园沙航道附近时,与从上海长兴岛开航驶往浙江嵊泗大洋山岛中国籍杂货船“浙嵊97071”轮在上海长兴岛西南侧约1．3海里处水域的出口航道中(31°18．75′N／121°44．36′E)发生碰撞,造成“浙嵊97071”轮当即倾覆,船上11名人员全部落水,其中1人获救,6人死亡,4人失踪。
