农业是国民经济的基础,粮食是基础的基础。无农不稳、无粮则乱,这是建国以来经济建设实践的科学论断。粮食生产乃国泰民安的基本前提,从中央到地方都把粮食生产摆在首要的位置。建国四十三年来,党和政府一直采取政策倾斜、科技投入和农业基础的建设,使粮食生产有了较大的发展。我市粮地减少12.6%,人口增长259%,而粮食总产量增长306%,超越了人口的增长,对我市经济建设作出重大的贡献。
Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy and food is the foundation of the foundation. No agricultural instability, no food and chaos, which is the scientific determination of economic construction since the founding of the PRC. Food production is the basic prerequisite for peace and security in the entire country. From the central authorities to local governments, grain production has been placed at the top of the list. In the 43 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the party and the government have always adopted the policy of leaning, investment in science and technology and building of an agricultural foundation, so that grain production has enjoyed a greater development. The grain market in our city decreased by 12.6% and the population increased by 259%, while the total grain output increased by 306%, surpassing the population growth and making a significant contribution to the economic construction of our city.
