“文化影视管理”是植根于部队基层文化土壤的特色专业 ,是艺术学院教学建设新的增长点。在由学历教育向任职教育转型中 ,高起点的谋划和旅团俱乐部主任士官职业教育的推进 ,是提高人才培养质量、为旅团俱乐部岗位注入新的活力的基础和前提 ,其着力点是树立起军事职业教育的观念 ,建立起以基层文化建设的实际问题为中心、以能力培养为导向的目标方向 ,同时创新教学方法手段 ,建设高素质的师资队伍 ,打造专业特色。
