学生营养健康问题成为当今社会越来越受到大家关注的问题,为改善学生的营养健康状况,加强对学生的营养教育十分重要。对学校营养教育进行反思发现,营养干预疲软、营养教育课程乏力等是目前营养教育存在的主要问题,需要寻求积极有效的方法进行解决。因此,设计与实施案例引导式营养指导课程,并对学校营养教育模式进行探究是目前面临的主要问题。
Students’ nutrition and health problems have become more and more people’s concern in today’s society. It is very important to improve students’ nutrition and health status and enhance students’ nutrition education. Reflecting on school nutrition education, weak nutrition intervention and weak nutrition education curriculum are the main problems in nutrition education at present, and we need to find a positive and effective way to solve it. Therefore, the design and implementation of case-guided nutrition guidance courses, and to explore the school nutrition education model is currently the main problem.
