个体差异是指个体在生理、心理和社会等方面表现出的相对稳定而又不同于他人的特点.初中生的这种差异性表现在两个方面:一是不同个体身心发展的速度可能不同.二是不同个体身心发展的质量也可能不同,因此在教学中要了解学生的个体差异,以便调整教学,达成教学目标.一、针对学生理解“概念”的差异,调整教学策略建构主义学习理论认为:学习实际上是新旧知识互相作用的过程,学习是每个学生在已有知识和经验
Individual differences refer to the characteristics of individuals that are relatively stable and different from others in terms of physical, psychological, and social aspects. This difference in junior high school students is manifested in two aspects: First, different individuals may have different mental and physical development speeds. Second, the quality of physical and mental development of different individuals may also be different. Therefore, students must understand the individual differences in teaching in order to adjust the teaching and achieve teaching goals. First, adjust the teaching strategies and constructivist learning for students to understand the differences between the concepts. The theory holds that learning is actually a process in which old and new knowledge interact with each other. Learning is every student’s existing knowledge and experience.
