超声频谱分析法是把频谱分析与超声检验相结合的新技术。本文介绍在自行研制的超声频谱分析系统上,用该法对孤立的人工缺陷进行的定性分析,对远场区的孤立人工裂纹状缺陷进行的初步定量分析,及对固体内薄夹层的性质作的研究。结果表明,超声频谱分析法可在平面型缺陷定量分析、固体内薄夹层分析、缺陷分类等方面获得比常规超声检验法更为客观的结果。它将在核电设备和其它设备的无损检验中获得发展和应用。
Ultrasound spectrum analysis is a new technology that combines spectrum analysis and ultrasonic testing. This paper introduces the self-developed ultrasonic spectrum analysis system, the use of the method of qualitative analysis of isolated artificial defects, far-field area of the isolated artificial crack-like defects preliminary quantitative analysis, and the nature of the solid thin interlayer Research. The results show that ultrasonic spectroscopy can obtain more objective results than the conventional ultrasonic test in the quantitative analysis of plane defects, thin interlayer analysis in solid, defect classification and so on.
