目的探讨妇产科手术腹部切口脂肪液化的原因及防治措施。方法回顾性分析2009年1月—2013年1月我院妇产科24例腹部手术切口脂肪液化患者的临床资料。结果本组24例腹部切口脂肪液化患者经过合理治疗后均痊愈出院,妇产科手术切口脂肪液化的原因与患者皮下脂肪含量过多、电刀的使用、切口暴露时间过长、止血不彻底、自身愈合能力下降等有关。结论针对相关高危因素制订有效的预防、治疗、护理措施,对减少妇产科腹部手术切口脂肪液化的发生、促进切口愈合有积极的意义。
Objective To investigate the reasons and preventive measures of fat liquefaction in abdominal incision in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods The clinical data of 24 patients with fat-induced liquefaction underwent abdominal surgical incision in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The 24 patients with abdominal incision fat liquefaction patients were cured after reasonable treatment were discharged, obstetrics and gynecology surgical incision fat liquefaction causes and patients with excessive subcutaneous fat content, the use of electric knife, incision exposure time is too long, hemostasis is not complete, Self-healing ability to decline and so on. Conclusion Effective prevention, treatment and nursing measures in accordance with the relevant risk factors are of great significance to reduce the occurrence of fat liquefaction in abdominal surgical incision in obstetrics and gynecology and to promote wound healing.
