研究了加入不同含量的Co对Fe-N薄膜结构与磁性的影响.实验结果表明,Co的原子分数在0-15%范围内薄膜的饱和磁极化强度Js值随Co含量的增加而增大;Co的原子分数为15%时,薄膜的Js达到最大值(2.7T);随着Co的原子分数进一步增至30%,(Fe,Co)-N薄膜的Js值逐渐降低,但仍高于Fe-Co合金的最大Js值(2.4T);当Co的原子分数为35%时,(Fe,Co)-N薄膜的Js值低于2.4T,但仍高于纯铁的饱和磁极化强度值(2.1T).
The effects of adding different amounts of Co on the structure and magnetic properties of Fe-N thin films were investigated. The experimental results show that the Js value of the saturation magnetization of the film increases with the increase of Co content when the atomic fraction of Co is in the range of 0-15%; the Js of the film reaches the maximum value when the atomic fraction of Co is 15%. 7T). As the atomic fraction of Co further increased to 30%, the Js value of (Fe, Co) -N thin films decreased gradually but still higher than that of Fe-Co alloy (2.4T) When the atomic fraction is 35%, the Js value of (Fe, Co) -N thin film is lower than 2.4T but still higher than that of pure iron (2.1T).
