10月1日,甬台温铁路、温福铁路将开通动车组。等不了多久,杭州到宁波、温州都将开通动车。有人说,“甬台温”和“温福”铁路一旦通了动车组,必将给铁路站点及周边地区的房地产业带来福音。的确如此,动车组通车后,温州到杭州的车程将从目前的8小时缩短至4小时。两座城市“距离”的缩短,将更便于温州、台州等投资客往返其间。
