由KS—A抗砂增效泵及配套的KS—T携砂助抽器构成的新型抽油系统 ,具有抗砂磨、防砂卡、防砂埋、减少泵漏失及携砂助抽等特点。与长柱塞防砂卡抽油泵相比 ,KS—A抗砂增效泵的不同之处是柱塞两端装有刮砂杯 ,柱塞密封段有几道强磁密封环 ,增加了泵筒与柱塞间隙的密封性能。从现场 2 5口井的应用情况看 ,对于出砂量小于 1%的油井 ,可直接下抗砂增效泵和携砂助抽器进行生产 ,不会出现卡泵或砂埋泵筒 ;对于出砂较严重的井 ,应先采取化学防砂和固砂措施 ,然后再下携砂抗砂增效抽油系统 ,能有效延长油井的检泵周期。然而KS—A抗砂增效泵的泵底阀阀座及阀球材质硬度不是很高 ,有时会出现被刺现象。
