5~6岁的大班幼儿,有意行为增多,独立性增强,在与成人尤其是与同伴的交往中,能够学习掌握一定的交往技能和交往规则。有意识地在这一阶段对幼儿进行培养教育,不断提高他们的交往能力,使其形成开朗、大方、合群、友爱、宽容的良好性格,对于幼儿情商的提高和未来的发展都是极其重要的。在近年来的幼教实践中,我们注重大班幼儿交往能力的培养和提高,有了以下几点思考和体会。
5 to 6-year-old nursery children, intentional behavior increased, increased independence, and adults, especially with their peers, can learn to master a certain degree of communication skills and communication rules. Consciously cultivating and educating young children at this stage and constantly improving their ability to make contacts so that they form a cheerful, generous, gregarious, friendly and tolerant character are of paramount importance for the improvement of young children’s emotional intelligence and their future development. In the practice of preschool education in recent years, we have focused on the training and improvement of the ability of interaction between children and adolescents with the following ideas and experiences.
