目的:建立乌梅炭的特征图谱。方法:采用高效液相色谱法以Hypersil ODS(250mm×4.6mm ID:5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-缓冲液(pH2.8)梯度洗脱,流速0.6mL.min-1,检测波长225nm,柱温30℃。结果:10批不同来源的乌梅炭特征图谱相似度较高,利用“中药色谱特征图谱相似度评价软件”生成了乌梅炭的对照特征图谱,共有17个特征峰。结论:采用HPLC特征图谱技术可以有效地控制乌梅炭的质量。
Objective: To establish the characteristic map of Wu Mei charcoal. Methods: A Hypersil ODS (250 mm × 4.6 mm ID: 5 μm) column was used to elute gradient elution of methanol-buffer (pH2.8) at a flow rate of 0.6 mL · min-1 with a detection wavelength of 225 nm. The column temperature 30 ° C. Results: The similarities of Wumei charcoal characteristics map of 10 batches of different sources were high, and the control characteristic map of Wumei char was generated using “Similarity evaluation software of TCM chromatographic characteristics map ”. There are 17 characteristic peaks. Conclusion: The quality of Wumai charcoal can be effectively controlled by HPLC profiling technique.
