分布式清洁能源的多能互补和综合梯级开发利用是有效提高能源系统综合效率和可再生能源消纳比例的重要途径。近期发布的《电力发展“十三五”规划》和《可再生能源发展“十三五”规划》都明确提出了要加快推动清洁能源的分布式应用,建设分布式电源多元互补的示范工程。目前,分布式清洁能源多能互补与互联网的结合应用,在当前起步阶段,面临着政策、技术、价格机制、商业模式等多重挑战。
Multi-energy complementary and integrated cascade development and utilization of distributed clean energy is an important way to effectively improve the overall energy system efficiency and renewable energy consumption. The recently released 13th Five-Year Plan for Electric Power Development and 13th Five-Year Plan for Renewable Energy Development all clearly put forward the need to speed up the distributed application of clean energy and to establish a multi-complementary system for distributed generation Demonstration project. At present, the combined application of multi-energy of complementary and clean energy and the Internet faces the multiple challenges of policy, technology, pricing mechanism and business model in the current initial stage.
