目的建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)测定大米中镉含量的分析方法。方法用微波消解法消化样品,微波消解前后用加热方式进行样品的预消化及赶酸处理,ICP-OES法测定。结果样品消解完全。镉浓度在0~5.0 mg/L范围内线性好,r=0.9999,方法的检出限为0.02 mg/kg。三个浓度水平下的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.42%~2.32%,回收率在86.0%~108.3%之间,结果符合检测方法确认的技术要求。结论 ICP-OES简便、灵敏度高,准确度和精密度好,可用于大米中镉含量的测定。
Objective To establish an analytical method for the determination of cadmium in rice by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). Methods The samples were digested with microwave digestion method. The samples were pre-digested and acid-pickled by heating before and after microwave digestion, and the ICP-OES method was used. The sample digestion is complete. The linearity of cadmium concentration was in the range of 0-5.0 mg / L, r = 0.9999. The detection limit was 0.02 mg / kg. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) at three concentration levels ranged from 0.42% to 2.32% and the recoveries ranged from 86.0% to 108.3%. The results were in accordance with the technical requirements confirmed by the detection methods. Conclusion ICP-OES is simple, sensitive, accurate and precise. It can be used to determine the content of cadmium in rice.
