The English class I listened to in class was about the birthday of U.S. President Lincoln. Teacher Alice sent copies of the article to every classmate. She first asked the students to read quickly, give them 10 minutes, draw words that they don’t understand, sentences that they don’t understand, and phrases that they couldn’t eat. Then ask the students to read it for themselves and ask where they are not clear.
