劳顾问: 我和另三名工友是某中外合资企业的转制劳动合同制职工。最近由于企业调整生产任务,安排我们下岗,我们也理解企业的暂时困难,服从安排。但这几天单位劳动人事部告诉我们,要暂停缴纳我们的养老保险费,理由是我们下岗后未能为企业提供劳动。我们觉得不合理,但又找不到依据,不知怎办。望编辑
LABOR CONSULTATION: I, along with three other workers, are contract workers in the system of conversion labor under a Sino-foreign joint venture. Recently, as enterprises adjust their production tasks and arrange for us to lay off workers, we also understand the temporary difficulties of the enterprises and obey the arrangements. However, the Labor and Personnel Department of the unit in the past few days told us that we must suspend the payment of our pension insurance on the grounds that we have not been able to provide work for the enterprise after we laid off.
