目前,宫内节育器(IUD)是我国育龄妇女最常用的避孕工具,其使用率在我国约占各种避孕措施的46.3%[1]。近年来,随着大批放置IUD的妇女进入绝经期,绝经后取器手术量增加,手术难度随着置器年限及绝经时间延长而增加。现对我站209例绝经后取器总结报道如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料:
