根据国内外民事司法改革的趋势,英国新民事诉讼规则关于小额请求程序有其合理性和实用性。值得我国民事诉讼简易程序在立法与实践方面借鉴。
According to the trend of civil judicial reform both at home and abroad, the new British civil procedure rules have their rationality and practicability on the petty petitions procedure. It is worthy of reference in the legislation and practice of the summary procedure of civil procedure in our country.
