患者,女,26岁,因腹泻三天.恶心、呕吐、尿黄二周.于1993年12月29入院.查体:T36.5℃,R20次/分,P70次/分,Bp13/9kPa.慢性重病容,巩膜深度黄染,心肺正常.肝右肋下未及,剑下4cm,质软,脾未及,腹水征阴性.白细胞:5.1×10~9/L,分类:中性0.62,淋巴:O.38.尿胆红素+4,尿胆原+2.大便虫卵三次均为华支睾吸虫卵(3～5个/Hp).肝功能:总胆红素507mmol/L,谷草转氨酶正常,谷丙转氨酶正常.乙肝标志物:HBsAg(—),抗—HBs(—),

Liver under the right flank without, sword 4cm, soft, spleen and ascites sign negative .White cells: 5.1 × 10 ~ 9 / L, classification: : O.38. Urinary bilirubin +4, urinary gallbladder +2. Stool eggs were all three times Clonorchis sinensis eggs (3 ~ 5 / Hp). Liver function: total bilirubin 507mmol / L, Aspartate aminotransferase normal, alanine aminotransferase normal.HB markers: HBsAg (-), anti-HBs (-),
