自2006年9月实施“城乡清洁工程”以来,全区各地各部门按照自治区党委、政府的统一部署,积极行动,治理脏乱差,建设洁齐美。通过各方面努力,“五乱”现象得到较好整治,城乡环境卫生发生了可喜变化,干部作风也得到了锻炼。“民心工程”正日益深入人心,为营造“城乡清洁工程”深入持久有效开展的浓厚舆论氛围,本刊特约请广西山歌学会编写了一组山歌以飨读者。
Since the implementation of the “urban and rural clean-up project” in September 2006, all localities and departments in the region have taken positive actions in accordance with the unified arrangements of the party committees and governments in the autonomous region to control dirty and messy areas and build a clean and united front. Through various efforts, the phenomenon of “five chaos” has been well rectified, the environmental hygiene in urban and rural areas has undergone a gratifying change, and the cadre style has also been tempered. The project of “popular project” is gaining popularity among the people. In order to create a strong public opinion atmosphere for carrying out the “urban-rural clean project” in an in-depth and long-term and effective manner, we hereby invite Guangxi Folk Song Association to write a series of folk songs to readers.
