当通过粘贴式光纤传感器测量基体应变时,胶黏剂的质量会直接影响到粘接层的应变传递,从而影响FBG应变测量结果。所以选择合适的胶黏剂对光纤光栅测量结果的准确性有重要的意义。本文从粘接可靠性、操作简便性、粘接形状可控、可重复性等方面考虑,选用环氧胶膜代替光纤光栅粘接用胶,研究了胶膜粘贴光纤光栅的温度响应性和应变测量准确性。结果证明用环氧胶膜粘贴光纤光栅可以保证粘接质量,具有较高的温度响应性,应变测量结果准确,是一种非常实用的光纤光栅粘贴方法。
When the substrate strain is measured by a stick-type optical fiber sensor, the quality of the adhesive directly affects the strain transmission of the adhesive layer, thereby affecting the FBG strain measurement. The results show that the epoxy glue film attached to the fiber grating can ensure the bonding quality, high temperature response, strain measurement accuracy, is a very practical method of fiber grating paste.
