军委杨白冰秘书长在全军军事工作会议上提出的“要在勤俭建军上有所作为”,对我们当前做好后勤工作具有十分重要的指导意义。通过领导干部学哲学,我深刻认识到部队广大官兵是勤俭建军的主力军。只有充分发动和依靠他们,才能有效地贯彻落实好勤俭建军的方针,才能在继续“忍耐”中有所作为。现结合我军的实际,谈谈如何运用马克思主义群众观点和党的群众路线指导勤俭建军。
The fact that Secretary-General Yang Baibing of the Central Military Commission at the military work conference of the entire army put forward “doing diligence and diligence to build an army for diligence and frugality” will play an important guiding role in our current logistics work. Through the philosophy of leading cadres, I have deeply realized that the vast numbers of officers and soldiers of the armed forces are the main force in building the army through frugality and thrift. Only by fully mobilizing and relying on them can we effectively implement the principle of thrifting our army and building the military in order to make a difference in continuing “patience.” Now, in light of the reality of our military, we talk about how to use the Marxist mass viewpoint and the party’s mass line to guide thrifting and thriving.
