日本铸锻钢公司户畑工厂位于日本北九州市户畑区,是日本最大的重型机械制造厂家之一。日本铸锻钢公司户畑工厂是1970年由新日本制铁工作事业部和三菱制钢长崎制作所合资投入10亿日元建立的。户畑工厂于1974年正式投产,资本金逐渐发展到60亿元。1979年股份重建,三菱集团占股份55%,新日铁集团占股份45%,累计投入资本金达80亿日元。工厂占地面积达220000m~2,下设7个车间,1个事务所,共有雇员约700人。
Japan’s cast-forged steel company Toho Plant is located in Tokyu-ku, Kitakyushu City, Japan and is one of the largest heavy machinery manufacturers in Japan. Japan Tokitsu Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. Totsuka Plant was established in 1970 by a joint venture of Nippon Steel Works Division and Mitsubishi Steel Nagasaki Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to invest 1 billion yen. The Husong plant was officially put into production in 1974, and the capital has gradually grown to 6 billion yuan. In 1979, the Mitsubishi Group accounted for 55% of the shares, and Nippon Steel Group accounted for 45% of the shares. The accumulated capital investment reached 8 billion yen. The factory covers an area of 220,000 m2, has 7 workshops and 1 office, and employs about 700 people.
