利用销盘式磨损试验,研究了载荷对锡青铜钻削凹坑织构试样表面磨损特性的影响.测试了摩擦因数和磨损量,用三维数字显微镜观察试样表面磨损情况,并与无织构普通试样进行对比.结果表明,在低载荷条件下钻削凹坑织构的容屑能力和凹坑边缘硬化现象可以提高锡青铜试样表面的磨损性能;而在高载荷条件下,钻削凹坑边缘的撞裂剥落、凹坑边缘应力较大和对摩球微切削等综合作用降低了锡青铜试样表面的摩擦磨损性能.“,”Pin-on-disc wear experiments were carried out to analyze influence of loads on wear properties of tin bronze surface with drilled dimple texture.The friction coefficients and wear weight loss were measured.The worn surface morphologies of the alloy were observed with 3D digital microscope.Drilled dimple textured specimens were compared with non-textured specimens.Experimental results reveal that the wear debris trapping function and edge hardening of dimples can improve the wear properties of tin bronze specimen surface under lower load conditions.However,the wear properties of tin bronze specimen surface can be decreased under higher load conditions,which are attributed to crack and peeling of dimple edge,high stresses of dimple edge and micro-cutting effect of coupled ball.
