彩色甜椒简称彩椒,是近年由国外引进的特色蔬菜之一,果皮呈红、紫、白、黄、绿(幼果)等色,具有果皮光滑、骨肉厚、抗病性强、耐贮运、味道鲜美、生熟食皆宜等特点,其优良的商品性,满足了高级宾馆、饭店、超市的需求,特别是扩大了制作沙拉的颜色范围。利用温室栽培彩椒,一般每1/15公顷产3000~5000公斤,高产达8000~9000公斤,每公斤市场价4~10元,效益相当可观,其技术措施如下:
