近两年来,美国银行的贷款利率不断提高,加之农业连续两年取得丰收,农产品的出口价格逐年下降,使得那些农业收入来支付购买农机具费用的农场主们的购买能力下降,这对于美国的农机制造商来说,是一个沉重的打击。农机生产已出现萧条局面。为了改变这种不景气局面,尽量缩小财政赤字,各公司都靠解雇工人,减少开工率来克服当前的危机。
In the past two years, U.S. banks’ lending rates have continued to increase. In addition, agriculture has achieved bumper crops for two consecutive years. The export prices of agricultural products have been declining year by year, making the purchasing power of those farmers whose farm income is used to pay for agricultural machinery decline. For agricultural machinery manufacturers, it is a heavy blow. Agricultural machinery production has been depressed. In order to change this recession and reduce the fiscal deficit as much as possible, companies are relying on the dismissal of workers and reducing the operating rate to overcome the current crisis.
