目的探讨丙型肝炎肝细胞凋亡与Fas抗原表达及病理损伤的关系。方法应用电镜和免疫组化方法检测了23例慢性丙型肝炎患者的肝组织。结果凋亡肝细胞呈多种形态学改变;Fas抗原中,强度表达及组织炎症活动度积分高者,细胞凋亡指数增高。结论肝细胞凋亡是一系列超微病理改变过程,Fas系统在介导细胞凋亡中起重要作用,细胞凋亡是慢性丙型肝炎肝组织的重要病理变化。
Objective To investigate the relationship between hepatocyte apoptosis and the expression of Fas antigen and pathological damage in hepatitis C virus. Methods The liver tissues of 23 patients with chronic hepatitis C were detected by electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry. Results Apoptotic hepatocytes showed a variety of morphological changes. Among Fas antigen, high expression of Fas antigen and high integral of inflammatory activity increased apoptosis index. Conclusions Hepatocyte apoptosis is a series of ultrastructural pathological changes. Fas system plays an important role in mediating apoptosis. Apoptosis is an important pathological change in chronic hepatitis C liver tissue.
