作者用~(137)铯1000拉德整体照射、沙门氏伤寒内毒素尾静脉注射或二者共同处理,观察受体小鼠胫骨有核细胞总数及分类计数、血清和腹腔扩散盒(DC)无细胞收集液的集落刺激活性(CSA)及抑制因子、DC 培养的小鼠骨髓细胞总数、分类及其集落形成单位(CFU-C)的改变。结果:注射内毒素后第5天,受体小鼠胫骨细胞总数与未经处理的对照组一样,但有核红细胞明显减少,而粒细胞明显增加。照射及照射加内毒素处理组骨髓细胞明显减少。各实验组血清CSA 的动态改变为:对照组在整个8天内一直较低,照射组在第5天仍然很低,至第8天略有增加;内毒素及照射加内毒素处理组在第3天即明显升高。无细胞DC 收集液的 CSA 变化为:内毒素及照射加内毒素组在第1天就比对照组高,至第二天各实验组均升高,
