目的建立强精颗粒中芍药苷的RP-HPLC含量测定方法.方法色谱柱:Waters SymmetryR C18 (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm), 柱温为30℃;流动相:乙腈-水 (15∶85), 流速:1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长:230nm.结果 芍药苷在2.108~25.296μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好 (r=0.9999), 平均回收率为100.31%, RSD为0.52% (n=6).结论 本方法简便、测定结果准确, 重复性好, 可用于强精颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定.“,”Objective To establish an HPLC quantitative method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Qiangjinggranules.Methods An HPLC method was used for determining the content of paeoniflorin.The chromatographic column was Waters SymmetryR C18 (250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5μm), the column temperature was 30 ℃, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (15∶85), the flow rate was 1 ml·min-1 and detection wavelength was 230 nm.Results The calibration curves of paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 2.108-25.296μg·ml-1 (r=0.9999).The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 100.31% and RSD was 0.52% (n =9).Conclusion This method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility.It can be used for the determination of paeoniflorin in Qiangjinggranules.
