建立了主动弹支干摩擦阻尼器在线控制转子突加不平衡振动响应的方法,在对实际转子系统参数未知或掌握不准确的情况下,仅根据所测转子的转速和振动信号,利用连续增益调度(GSPI)控制方法,对转子系统突加不平衡响应实施在线控制。实验结果表明:基于主动弹支干摩擦阻尼器的GSPI控制方法能够有效控制转子系统的突加不平衡振动响应。
A method to control the sudden unbalance vibration response of the rotor by the projectile dry friction damper is set up. Under the condition of unknown or inaccurate control of the actual rotor system, the continuous gain is obtained only by the measured rotor speed and vibration signal. Scheduling (GSPI) control method to implement online control of sudden unbalance response of rotor system. The experimental results show that the GSPI control method based on the projectile dry friction damper can effectively control the sudden unbalance vibration response of the rotor system.
