通过对碟形弹簧承受载荷状态下的应力分布情况及应力机理的研究,提出了高承载、耐疲劳的圆角型碟形弹簧结构形式。结合生产实际阐述了其良好的工艺性,为此类碟形弹簧的设计提供了依据。
By studying the stress distribution and the stress mechanism under the load condition of the disc spring, a high load-bearing and fatigue-resistant fillet-shaped disc spring structure is proposed. Combined with the actual production of its good technology, disc springs for the design of such a basis.
