兔抗Hela细胞IgG通过异型双功能交联剂SPDP分别与蓖麻毒素及其A链偶联成功制备免疫毒素,台盼蓝染色法和同位素掺入抑制试验均证明免疫毒素对Hela细胞有特异性杀伤作用,0.1mol/L半乳糖不能消除此种特异性毒性。本研究为免疫毒素抗宫颈癌动物实验及临床应用提供了依据。
Rabbit anti-Hela IgG was successfully prepared by coupling the heterobifunctional crosslinker SPDP with ricin and its A chain respectively. Both trypan blue staining and isotope incorporation inhibition test demonstrated that the immunotoxin was specific for HeLa cells. Killing effect, 0.1mol/L galactose can not eliminate this specific toxicity. This study provides a basis for the experimental and clinical application of immunotoxins against cervical cancer.
