我国西部地区有着重要的战略位置和丰富的自然资源,由于受自然、历史和社会等因素的影响,经济发展严重落后于中东部地区。我国自2000年成立西部地区开发领导小组,2003年国务院西部开发办正式开始运作。文化建设作为民族凝聚力、创造力和综合国力的重要体现,成为西部开发中城镇化进程不可缺少的一部分得到了很大的发展,但同时也遇到了很多的问题和困境,针对这一问题,运用文献资料法,社会调查的方式提出了对策与研究,以供相关人员参考。
The western region of our country has an important strategic position and abundant natural resources. Due to the influences of natural, historical and social factors, the economic development lags behind the central and eastern regions. Since 2000, China established the Leading Group for the Development of the Western Region. In 2003, the Western Development Office under the State Council officially started its operation. As an important manifestation of national cohesion, creativity and overall national strength, cultural development has become an indispensable part of urbanization in the course of developing western regions. However, it has also encountered many problems and difficulties. In response to this issue, Literature and data, social surveys put forward countermeasures and research methods for the reference of relevant personnel.
