目的:对产于汶河流域的莎草从性状、显微鉴定和化学成分分析方面进行系统的生药学研究。方法:采用形态分类学、显微鉴定技术描述莎草各部位的特征,利用化学方法和GC-MS技术对地上部分和根茎成分进行研究。结果:总结了莎草根茎、茎、叶的横切面显微特征,确定了地上部分的主要成分、根茎挥发油的成分和相对含量。结论:本研究结果可为莎草的生药鉴定和道地药材的开发提供参考。
OBJECTIVE: To conduct systematic pharmacognosy research on the sedges produced in the Wenhe River Basin from the aspects of traits, microscopic identification and chemical composition analysis. Methods: Morphological classification and microscopic identification were used to characterize the different parts of sedge. The chemical constituents and GC-MS techniques were used to study the composition of aboveground and rhizome. Results: The microscopic features of the cross section of rhizomes, stems and leaves of sedge were summarized. The main components of aboveground parts and the compositions and relative contents of volatile oil from rhizomes were determined. Conclusion: The results of this study can provide a reference for the identification of crude drugs and the development of authentic medicinal herbs.
