ELISA检测免疫家兔刺破晶状体后血清晶状体抗体的动态变化,同时用Digeon改良法测定血清IC,发现发病组家兔血清IC刺后1周至3周比耐受组低,有显著性差别(0.05>P>0.01),而晶状体抗体刺后1周明显增高。发病组刺后2周和3周呈下降趋势,耐受组无变化,推测实验性晶状体过敏性色素膜炎的发生可能与晶状体抗体的适量产生和局部IC沉积有关,并对该病发生的免疫耐受作一讨论。
