目的了解出入境人群HIV感染/AIDS患者血浆病毒载量(VL)状况,为临床用药提供科学依据。方法应用LightCycler PCR(Roche 2.0)检测仪对血浆标本进行VL检测。结果33例HIV感染者在未服用抗病毒药物治疗前,其血浆的VL值<500 copies/ml 1例(3.03%),10~3~10~4 copies/ml1例(3.03%),10~4~10~5copies/ml 10例(30.30%),10~5~10~6copies/ml 12例(36.36%),10~6~10~7copies/ml9例(27.27%)。男性血浆VL6.96×10~2~2.79×10~6copies/ml(1gVL=5.009±0.949),女性血浆VL1.7104~2.5106copies/ml(1gVL=5.289±0.791),男女性VL值取对数后进行比较,两者无统计学意义(t=0.6824,P=0.5001)。12例接受HAART治疗3个月后有9例(75.00%)血浆VL低于检测下限;有1例(8.33%)VL值为696copies/ml;有2例(16.67%)VL大于1.0×10~4copies/ml。结论检测HIV感染/AIDS患者血浆HIVVL有助于了解患者VL状况和疗效。
Objective To understand the status of plasma viral load (VL) in HIV-infected and AIDS-infected population in outbound and inbound population, and provide a scientific basis for clinical use. Methods The plasma samples were detected by LightCycler PCR (Roche 2.0) detector. Results Before treatment with antiviral drugs, there were 1 case (3.03%) of VL, 1 case (3.03%) of 10 ~ 3 ~ 10 ~ 4 copies / ml and 10 ~ There were 10 cases (30.30%) of 4 ~ 10 ~ 5copies / ml, 12 cases (36.36%) of 10 ~ 5 ~ 10 ~ 6copies / ml and 9 cases (27.27%) of 10 ~ 6 ~ 10 ~ 7copies / ml. Male plasma VL6.96 × 10-2 ~ 2.79 × 10 ~ 6copies / ml (1gVL = 5.009 ± 0.949), female plasma VL1.7104 ~ 2.5106copies / ml (1gVL = 5.289 ± 0.791) After comparison, the two were not statistically significant (t = 0.6824, P = 0.5001). Nine of 12 (75.00%) plasma VLs were found to be lower than the lower limit of detection in 12 of the 12 patients who received HAART for 3 months. One patient (8.33%) had a VL value of 696 cops / ml; two patients (16.67%) had a VL greater than 1.0 × 10 ~ 4copies / ml. Conclusion Detecting plasma HIVVL in HIV-infected / AIDS patients can help to understand the status and efficacy of VL in patients.
